Multispace Warranty

Club Resource Group warrants the MultiSpace locker to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and to meet published specifications at the time of purchase, for a period of one year from the date of shipment. This warranty shall apply to lockers properly installed and properly operated within specified applications and environmental conditions. The responsibility of MultiSpace under this warranty does not apply to any locker: (1) which has been repaired, worked upon or altered so as to, in MultiSpace’s sole judgment, injure the stability or reliability of such locker; or (2) which has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident; or (3) which does not bear the MultiSpace logo. The exclusion to this warranty is the Hudson, Illinois or National master keyed lock. There are no warranties, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof, any course of dealing, custom or usage of trade of course of performance to the contrary not withstanding and the foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, implied or statutory, including the warranties or merchantability and fitness for use. No agent or representation or warranty concerning MultiSpace’s products.

THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID IF PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND/OR CONTRACT IS NOT HONORED.
